The FPMSF provides educational scholarships to the children of employees of R&S United Services, Inc. in honor of the company's founder, Fred Polischuk. To date we have awarded nearly $80,000 in scholarships.

The Fred Polischuk Memorial Fund was founded in 2014 in memory of Fred Polischuk, founder of R&S United Services. R&S is a leading provider of HVAC Services in New York with a focus on new construction hi-rise buildings and design-build construction services.
Fred’s dream of building some of New York’s iconic buildings is realized each day by the people employed at R&S. The Scholarship Fund is our way of remembering the Founder of our firm and thanking the hard working families that make it a success.
Children of R&S employees are eligible to apply by submitting their resumes, accomplishments, and an essay on a topic chosen by the Directors of the Scholarship Fund. The winners are selected each year on or around May 30th (Fred’s birthday).
In addition to a substantial contribution from R&S, our clients, business partners, colleagues, employees, friends, and family all contribute to the Fund and make this truly a Team effort.
