Hello,
My name is Hamza, and I am a close friend of Robert Lara. I’m reaching out on behalf of Robert and his family, who have tragically lost everything in the Los Angeles wildfire. Three members of their family—Robert, his mother Domitila Hinojosa, and his uncle—lost their homes in this devastating event.
Who We Are
I am Hamza, a friend of Robert, and I am raising funds for Robert, his mother Domitila, and his uncle, who are all now without a home. Domitila is a diabetic and provides care for her disabled son.
Where We’re From
The Lara and Hinojosa family lives in Altadena, California, a community just outside of Los Angeles. Their homes were located on the same street, and in a matter of hours, the wildfire destroyed everything they had.
Our Relationship
I am Robert’s friend, and I’ve witnessed the hardship this family is going through. I’m doing everything I can to help them get back on their feet.
How the Funds Will Be Spent
The funds raised will be used for immediate needs, including temporary housing, food, and medical expenses for Robert’s mother, Domitila, who requires care for her diabetes. The funds will also go toward helping them cover ongoing mortgage payments while they await insurance assistance, and securing a new place to live. The money will be strictly used for their basic needs during this difficult time.
We promise complete transparency in how these funds will be used and will ensure they are spent as intended. Any help you can provide is deeply appreciated, and on behalf of Robert and his family, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
