Domestic Abuse Intervention Services' Comm. Champ Fundraiser

Since 1977, DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services) has worked passionately and effectively to ensure the safety and well-being of domestic violence survivors and their families, and to change societal attitudes that perpetuate violence and the abuse of power in Dane County. Thanks to many volunteers and supporters, we can provide hope and safety for victims of domestic violence in our community. 

I am not only on the planning committee for the 8th Annual Dress for DAIS Fashion Show on October 18th, 2018 in the beautiful lobby of the Overture Center for the Arts, but I am also their first-ever Community Champion, committing to fundraising $10K+!

Last year’s show was a huge success with around 350 community leaders and influencers in attendance. The show itself highlights the collections of local boutiques and features volunteer models and stylists. In all, over 100 volunteers help to make this event a success!

The goal of this event is to raise both awareness about domestic violence in our community as well as funds to support DAIS and the services it provides. We would love it if you would partner with us this year through sponsorship to help make this year’s event another huge success and ensure that DAIS is able to support victims of domestic violence in Dane County.
