It’s a sad day for us all, this barn was more than just a building, it had been part of our family for decades. The memories it held are very dear to each of us who spent a lot of our younger years milking the cows and feeding the calves. We thank everyone for their support and prayers these past 24 hours. The farm is still part of our father’s livelihood and it’s going to take a lot of work to bring it back to what it was. Many of you have asked how you can help and what we can tell you is that he lost a lot of tools and equipment. They also have to build some temporary structures to keep the animals fed and safe for the rest of winter, until the building is repaired in the spring.
