And She Bakes Too Expansion

Just recently I was offered the opportunity to accept a grant by the Portage Park Chamber of Commerce to occupy a retail space. This grant will cover my rent and utilities for the next 11 months on top of marketing costs. 

However, it is my responsibility to fund the following:

• Facility improvements to comply with the City of Chicago
• Tables and furniture
• Front of the House and Back of the House Equipment
• Signage
• Technology
• Inventory

• Rent for Shared Kitchen Space 

This space does not have a kitchen area so I will have to prepare and package all baked goods in a certified shared kitchen space. Once, I've spent a year here, I will decide on building a kitchen or continue as we are. For now, it is in our best interest to proceed with the space as is.

• Cupcake Level: A free box of a dozen cookies of your choice.
• Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Level: One free dessert between now and December 2024 of your choice and an invitation to the soft launch.
• Banana Pudding Level: One free dessert between now and December of your choice, an invitation to the soft launch, and and 15% in store or online between now and December of 2024.
