At PETM, unmet financial need for our students is approximately $5,600 per year, and 69% of our students graduate with student loans. On average, student debt is $33,000.
The P. Nicholas Kellum Scholarship endowment aims to lessen the burden by rewarding our most deserving, ambitious students, who are often working to attend school while completing their degrees. Kellum scholars represent some of PETM's best and brightest. Your gift directly improves their ability to succeed and achieve.
Dean Emeritus Nick Kellum served the school for more than 40 years. When he retired, faculty, staff, and students representing both departments initiated this endowment to honor his service. Dean Kellum's legacy remains strong through the TCEM and Kinesiology scholarships awarded annually with this fund.
