Our Mission: At Hope for the Future Foster Transition and Resource Center, we are committed to empowering foster youth as they age out of the system. These young adults often face overwhelming challenges when stepping out into the world alone. Our nonprofit offers transitional housing, life skills training, job preparation, and access to critical resources to ensure their success in life beyond foster care.

What We’re Raising Funds For: Your generous contributions will help us achieve two major goals:

How Your Donation Helps:

• $25 can supply a foster youth with basic hygiene and personal care items.
• $50 helps provide materials for life skills training workshops.
• $100 supports job search assistance and career preparation programs.
• $250 contributes toward housing renovations, ensuring a safe space for youth.
• $500 funds a week of transitional housing for a young adult in need.
• $1,000 or more helps us make significant progress toward securing our facility and fully launching our programs.
