Cashmere Rotary raises funds for the Cashmere Cares school district program to help disadvantaged kids by investing in four primary goals. No Child Hungry, No Child Cold, Every Child with a Mentor, Every Child Literate.

Cashmere is special because of our incredible sense of community and a relentless commitment to kids. Cashmere Cares helps identify and meet needs, form relationships and close gaps. Together the schools and community partner together to break the cycles of poverty, create connections and change lives. When our kids thrive, our whole community thrives.
Cashmere Cares is primarily funded by individual donations, with the Rotary Auction as the main source of financial support. Last year, the Rotary Club of Cashmere raised $18,000, thanks to people like you who gave generously.
In the last 12 months Cashmere Cares has distributed more than 500 meals, warm jackets, hats and gloves, books, Christmas toys and “Just in Time” needs – like bus passes, glasses, clothes.
Unfortunately, in this year of the COVID pandemic, our Club is not able to hold its traditional auction, impacting our ability to fund Cashmere Cares, as well as other important community projects. We believe Cashmere Cares is too important for us to skip a year, so Cashmere Rotary has committed to doing its best to raise funds to provide continued support.

Cashmere Cares is a partnership between the school district and the community. Programs are administered by the Cashmere School District. Funds are administered by the Cashmere Schools Foundation.
