Disabled Veteran needs help

My name is David Potts. I want to start by thanking you for even stopping to read this. I am a disabled veteran and a single parent of two wonderful girls. I just recently bought a house and the house has a lot of problems that I was not aware of. Most things I can fix if my body feels up to it that day. I am unable to work so my income is just my VA disability. My A/C decided to stop working and I need to get it repaired but also found out that I have to update my electrical panel as well to do so. The house still has to turn style fuses from the 40's and needs to be updated to a circuit breaker panel. This is going to cost anywhere from 5-6k just for the electrical panel to be updated and the A/C is 8k and up. There is no realistic way for me to get this done being i am unable to work. My daughter is looking for work but being under age she isn't having much luck. I never really ask for help from anyone but I have no one to turn too. I hate the fact the my daughter is looking for work so young to help out.
