Hello everyone, I am just giving an update on the date. Instead of 06/01/2024, it’s actually 06/02/2024.
Recognizing the unique obstacles we confront and realizing that many individuals are navigating their own personal challenges intensifies the difficulty of even broaching this topic. Some of you are aware of our experience of nearly two years of homelessness, and I comprehend how the absence of rent and utilities may appear advantageous. However, the reality of homelessness is far more intricate than it appears. We have been diligently attempting to settle our arrears, maintaining constant communication with our financial company. Despite making payments, bridging the gap seemed insurmountable. The finance company has offered to accept a final payment of $5868 to clear the outstanding balance. I acknowledge that it may seem like I frequently seek assistance, yet regardless of the hours worked between us, saving the most money we can, getting extra side jobs, or attempts to secure a personal loan, I will not have the funds by the beginning of June. Both of my sons greatly depend on the availability of our car to meet their disability-related needs.
Any support will help us get closer to our goal, and will help us to make sure that our boys are able to have their disability needs met, as well as their futures in school.
