I’m Cameron Dumas Staley from West Philadelphia, and I’m on a transformative journey to become the first person in my immediate family to attend and graduate from college. I graduated from Central High School of Philadelphia and have since been building a career that blends technology and management.
My Current Role:
I am currently the IT Manager at Aero-Tel Wire Harness Corp., where I oversee complex technical operations and lead a team dedicated to excellence in technology integration and service. This role has reinforced my resolve to deepen my expertise and leadership skills through formal education.
My Educational Path:
To further my professional growth, I am enrolled at Lake Sumter State College, working toward an Associate’s degree that bridges to an automatic acceptance into the University of Central Florida (UCF). My ambition is to enter UCF’s Business Administration program, focusing on leveraging my on-ground experience to master strategic business management and innovation.
