Franklin High School Track & Field Fundraiser

The Track & Field Team at Franklin High School in Franklin, TN is in need of your help! The equipment needed for our athletes to compete is unavailable or in poor condition and the cost to replace these items exceeds our budget. 

Here are some of the items we hope to obtain through this fundraiser:

Pole Vault Pit

Franklin High School is the ONLY High School in Williamson County without it's own pole vault pit. Our athletes have had to travel to other local high schools during the season to practice their technique.  We want to provide these students with the equipment necessary to compete on the level that we know they can reach, given access to a new pit at their own school. 

High Jump Pit

High Jump is a popular field events in track and field. While FHS does have a high jump pit, it is nearly 20 years old. Use and weather have worn on this pit and we are in great need of a replacement. 

Hurdles

Hurdles run about $100 each. We currently only have enough hurdles to compete with 4 out of the 6 lanes on our track, if none are damaged during the season. We would like to be able to fill the other 2 lanes during these competitions. This will allow us to host more home meets and accurately match the competitors in each heat. 

This fundraiser truely is about the students and competitors in this sport. Imagine the moral of a team with new equipment thanks to donors like you! We know our athletes will exceed our expectations in this sport because of their dedication and love for it. Lets show them our dedication and love for them. Please support FHS and our cause.
