His Leg Was Bruised For 6 Days

Social services called this "Improper punishment", when he should've NEVER been beat like this at all. My son said he was beat because he missed the bus and smelled like pee. He has had a bladder problem for years now, and his father knew this. This is ABUSE in my eyes, but social services won't do anything.
