Fill Mike's Propane Tank

This is a great older man who told me that he is on call most nights for the Blaine Legion to be a designated driver.  He stays awake every night he works until 2a on call to make sure everyone gets home safe!  Through our discussion, he told me that he plays Bingo most days because he LOVES it and also because he prays he wins because he needs money to fill his propane tank so he has heat this Winter.   He just seemed so genuine and deserving and I really want to help him out.
