I am raising money for materials to make blankets for Project Linus, a non-profit that donates hand-made blankets to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need.

My goal is to make 100 blankets by the end of January with help from volunteers in my troop. All of the blankets we make and any excess money from fundraising will be donated to Project Linus of San Jose.
Project Linus has donated over 8 million blankets to children in need since 1995 and I believe this is a noble cause. When I found out about their mission, I wanted to do something to help.
