Supporting literacy Circles in Central America in honor of Pastor Tim Garrison

Pastor Tim Garrison loved Hope for Humanity—especially the literacy learning circles. He was one of the first people to visit a Hope for Humanity project in Nicaragua, and during his ministry of advocacy and support he became personally involved in Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Peru. At each circle that he visited, Tim would mingle with the learners, encourage them in their learning, and pray with them. We have benefited so much from his leadership, counsel, and encouragement.
Tim was instrumental in involving his congregation and many others in Southern California in the work of Hope for Humanity, and in supporting the literacy circles that he believed were so important. Our ministry has been blessed by his great advocacy and support—and the difference that he has made in the lives of so many will last forever.
