Getting over the hump

I still live with my parents, my dad got diagnosed with cancer and had to retire early, my mom quit her job to help take care of him and my 11 year old niece is in the hospital waiting on a heart/kidney transplant. I am working 2 jobs to make ends meet so I am just trying to get $10,000 to help get caught back on bills and a small down payment on a better car because I live an hour and a half away from work and the the hospital my niece is at. I never ever have ever begged or asked for money but I feel like I’m drowning and the stress is becoming too much that I cannot take it anymore or no where to turn. This is literally a one time thing.
