Tamir Rice was just 12-years-old when his life was tragically cut short at the hands of the Cleveland Police. June 25th 2020 would've been his 18th birthday. In 2016, his mother, Samaria Rice founded the Tamir Rice Foundation to honor his memory and service his legacy.
