Help Me Smile Again

I am 34 and have epilepsy.  Due to alot of the medicines I take and having seizures it has broken out alot of my teeth.  I have no dental insurance and can't afford to even get my teeth pulled to get teeth implants.  I really would like to get my perfect looking teeth back.  Most of my back teeth are all broken and no way to even pay for them.  I only live on a very small monthly income.  Any contributions would be appreciated.  Since my teeth are making my health worse. I never ask for anything in the world but at my young age I would be so happy to have some teeth put back in my mouth. Please help and thanks.
