Dizzle is up for adoption and found to have a very aggressive type of cancer in his foot. Our vet recommends we amputate his leg to stop the cancer from spreading and save his life

Dizzle had a growth on his food biopsied and it came back as cancerous. Despite surgical removal 10 days ago, it has already started growing back! Our vet thinks the best option for Dizzle is to amputate the leg to prevent the spread of the cancer. Unfortunately, a surgery like that costs over $1000 — more than Boxers and Buddies has in savings for medical procedures. We are asking for donations to help save the life of this sweet boxer boy — the speed at which the tumor is re-growing indicates that time is of the essence in his treatment. Any amount helps!

Yes, it's true! Thanks to all of your help and generous donations, Dizzle is going into a foster to adopt home this Wednesday!

Drizzle was released from the vet fine and is recovering well. He's exhausted and, according to his foster mom, snoring up a storm!

We're within $70 of our goal. Dizzle goes under the knife on Monday. His foster mom took him to the lake to run on all 4s for the last time.

We're about 26% to our total for Dizzle. Unfortunately, we can't wait on the surgery until our goal is met. Surgery is set for Monday
