Help the Homeless/Starving Animals in Alabama

Daily puppys/dogs are being starved to death and mistreated. The locale dog shelters do the best with what they are gave or allowed..Even with housing and kennels they stay full and many are left out there. First dog is locale from Jacksonville,Al sadly. Even if you can't house or donate to the animals thier is something you can do.. Help with the petitions forming and hopefully becoming state laws for nonchaining of animals. Heck lets hit the goal and name it Alabamas no puppys left behind act ;).. Even if no money to fund you have a voice and hands, everyday you sit there rubbing your stomach on how full you are and complaining about no room for leftovers in your fridge think about them. Its to late for that one and many others , but its not to late for hundreds more.. If America can give out millions to people who are not even Americans,and fill trashcans full of food everyday and night lets feed them!! If you are located within Calhoun County Area and do not have transportation to help or give notify on comments or donations and somehow someway we will come. Maybe the neighbor will see and say hey lets go to shelter or Jville and drop this food out for the homeless.Thank you for your time..
