Each fecal testing that the shelter has to run out to a vet is costing about $60 dollars, so within 12-13 tests with our own equipment it would pay for itself - and then remain useful to us so that we could spend that money in more useful ways. Like taking care of more cats, getting more spay/neuters done, shots, F/F tests, food, litter, bedding, etc.
