In lieu of flowers, here is an opportunity to do something meaningful by donating to a service organization Joe belonged to and loved. Funds raised will benefit the Concord Moose Lodge which helps the local community.

Joe passed away unexpectedly on July 31, 2018 in Reno, NV. He is survived by his wife Diane, whom he still called my darling or my bride.
He was born in Augusta, Maine, the youngest of 12, to Emile and Lea Morin. Joe worked with termite companies in the area until he earned his contractor’s license in 1991. He retired from Speikers Co in 2005.
Joe never hesitated to help with household projects. He was always passionate about politics. Same can’t be said about his grandkid’s favorite restaurant, Spaghetti Factory, but he always went (after all “it’s got a bar, doesn’t it”). He was a loyal Moose Lodge member and drove for Meals on Wheels for several years.
He enjoyed his family and all his many friends. He is survived also by his one remaining brother, Raymond, in Portland, Maine plus an ever-growing family on both coasts including his children, Valerie Dodge (Dana), Karen Schofield (Matt), Bob Boos (Tricia) and Anne Whitehead; his grandchildren, Aidan, Ava, Brittney, Cassie, Connor, Nathan, Samantha, Sarah and Tyler; and great grandchildren, Addison, Austin, Averie, Brayden, Evan and Max.
Joe was “easy like Sunday morning”. To honor Joe’s memory, donations can be made to Concord Moose Lodge through this Fundly page or by mailing a check to: Concord Moose, 1805 Broadway Street, Concord, CA 94520 with “In memory of Joe Morin” on the memo line.
