2013 MS Ride to the River
This year I have made the conscience decision to live a healthier lifestyle - exercise, nutrition, sleep...the whole enchilada (which ironically I no longer eat). My new lifestyle begins with the MS Ride to the River in October and all of the training I have to put in prior to the event. In the mean time I get to raise some money for a great cause - it's a win/win...unless you are MS, in that case we are looking to exterminate you.
The entrance fee is a minimum of $300 to get my chubby butt pedaling. My team is set and the training has begun - will you help me reach my goal?
