Hello everyone, just an update on Kenny. He was admitted for 5 days, has a trach and done 3 chemo sessions. We will have a 3 week break, do another round of chemo followed by radiation. As of today he seems to be doing OK. He is at home and is resting. He will be following up with his oncologist Monday. We have found out that the cancer actually started in his thyroid which is extremely rare. His ENT took his case to the cancer board to discuss. He is doing well, but still have a long road ahead. Thank you all for the love and support. Kenny is extremely grateful and will be sending out thank you's.
Kenny has been there working with Lou since day 1 when we opened Lou Can Do. We are saddened by this news of Kenny's cancer diagnoses. There will be struggles that he will go through. As his family we are here 100% to support through this and beat this cancer. Any funding that we do receive will got to Kenny and making sure that everything for him personally will be taken care of. He will not be able to work for a while, just because of the chemo and radiation will beat him down physically, mentally and emotionally. Anything you could offer would greatly be appreciated during this rough time for our family. Thank you for you continuous thoughts and prayers for him.
