Kicking out my Roommate

Hello World,
Between all the crisis, wars and inequalities in the world; there is another very underrated annoyance: Roommates.
My roommate is a prick. It is like hell to live with him in the same space. He never cleans anything or even feels remotely responsible for the well being of the room. If I had all the time in the world, I might care less, but I have a lot of work to do and I do not feel like sleeping in the world largest trash can.
Why don't I move out?
Well, unfortunately the place is in my price range, very nicely located and finding something compared to this place is impossible. I tried and failed. Therefore I told my roommate, that I will raise money to kick him out and here I am. Please world; help me! It is unbearable!
