Funding Use and Repay: $8,000 for 5% equity partnership to be paid back at $1k per month after gross revenue exceeds $14,500/month or within 24 months. 5% equity will be retained by investor(s) and dividends paid out quarterly for 48 months post investment repayment.  $5k due immediately. $3k due 30 days after. Initial $5k:  $4,000 for app development, testing. $1,000 for miscellaneous expenses including hosting services, studio rental fees, and legal fees.

2nd Payment of $3k: Soft Launch - $1,000 towards marketing and digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns. $1,000 on-boarding teachers and broadcasting systems. $1000 customer support tools, retail website development.
