For Giving Tuesday... The James Jordan Foundation is collecting money to sponsor their "A- Team" Program within their three schools. The A-Team is a really cool program where students in grades 4-12 are awarded scholarship money based on scholastic achievement, character and integrity. They receive $50 for every “A” and $25 for every “B” earned per quarter in Reading, Math, Writing and Science. If you are wondering what the Holiday Celebrations are, I can tell you from personal experience. Mrs. Jordan's team literally dropped off brand-new book-bags FULL of presents for every single one of my students (over 700!). Each bag was customized to the age and gender of the child. It was amazing to watch. This year they will be providing every student and their family with a hot meal- fully catered.
