We will have a lunch party for some of the poor in Columbus GA, and we will proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ.

We will meet at Country's BBQ to begin with, then we will go to a park with our Columbus friends. We will carpool to the park (a short drive).
Leave your valuables (money espically) in your car at Country's BBQ. Try to remain with the group while at the park. Please talk, interact, and have a fun time with our friends in Columbus. We are not there to instruct or correct them. We are there to treat them as we would like to be treated and to proclaim the gospel of Christ. Avoid calling them anything that may be offensive (e.g. homeless, bum, hobo), and do not ask them to put out cigarettes or stop drinking.
Far more than money, prayer is the best way you can help support this lunch. Funds raised will go towards food for the lunch and some gifts (wool blankets or other ammenities) for our friends in Columbus.
