Whisper Walk is an annual event held in Douglass Hills with a large number of people walking to support women battling gynecological cancers. The event was started in 2009 by Frank and Sean Edwards in memory of Dee Edwards. She was a beautiful young mom, a Science teacher at Crosby and she was very passionate about fundraising and being an advocate. Funds raised from the 11th Annual Whisper Walk will go to support OAK’s local support and awareness programs.
