ONE BRAND remains steadfast as a vibratory frequency of light, uniting humanity by raising awareness of our profound interconnectedness between self, each other, and our planet. With a commitment to give 50% of every transaction to a charity of each customer or member’s choice, ONE is more than fashion and a movement—ONE is awareness with choice.  With a third party income projection for ONE to achieve $250,000/month, ONE is poised for exponential growth and global impact - but we will need greater support for ONE to more quickly achieve it’s full impact potential.

A Decade in the Making, Fueled by Perseverance, Guided by Destiny

ONE BRAND has been my labor of love for well over 10 years.  I have felt pressed by purpose and passion to continue my commitment and service to ONE.  From ONE's humble beginnings as a vision worked on tirelessly after hours from multiple 9-to-5 jobs, ONE has grown through sheer determination and heart-centered faith. This journey hasn’t been easy—balancing demanding jobs (sometimes up to 4), pushing forward as a solo founder, and overcoming countless obstacles such as the loss of freedom, family and income.  It was not until I was able to partner with Cartilli that ONE BRAND truly emerged to the public more tangibly.  This partnership has propelled the mission of ONE forward, turning our dreams into realities.  Meeting my business partner and fiancee’, 3bru Cartilli, on 11/11 created a shift for ONE that has brought us into the trajectory that we are on now, allowing ONE to utilize me as a full-time founder.  The time has now come for more open contact with the public, and ONE now expresses that both founders need to work full-time.   

The shift to working on ONE full-time in 2024 has truly been transformational, unlocking our ability to scale and expand. Now, to capitalize on this magical momentum, ONE needs the full-time service of both founders to continue to dedicate and direct every resource to building ONE into a global powerhouse of transformative change.

Traction and Impact

Despite operating on limited resources, ONE BRAND has captured the attention of public and high-profile individuals such as LeBron James Jr. Bronny, Kevin Hart and wife Eniko Hart, Romeo Beckham (David & Victoria Beckham), and Willow Smith (Will & Jada Smith), & More!  Recently, we have met with the CEO of The NBA’s official charity partner, Change.io and have had all fees waived for our integration and set-up.  This new partnership with Change gives ONE the ability to now have access to over 1.3 million charities and non-profits for our community to impact at checkout.  These milestones, achieved without an ad budget, demonstrate the magnetic appeal of our energy and message. Imagine the reach and influence we can achieve with a much more robust advertising and creative budget than our current budget of $20-$30/day, and the wild collaborations and strategic partnerships, with influencers and others that exist.  We are speaking the heartbeat and the soul of the Earth.  

The content we’ve created consistently generates long lasting excitement that resonates with a diverse global audience. Sustaining and building on this creative momentum requires time, energy, and a budget for high-quality production, inventory for influencer campaigns, and expanded marketing efforts.  We would like to maintain more of our time networking and working at the C-Suite level and operating as Creative Director and CEO.  ONE has been a one man show and now we are stepping into a one man and one woman show to further represent ONE BRAND’s diversity in our day to day operations.  We’d love for you to join us in this in being a founding member of ONE.  All tiers receive founding acknowledgement via a digital thank you card and at least a  1 year Family-VIP level Membership as part of The ONE Family. 

USE OF FUNDS

1. Advertising and Marketing (40% - $100,000)

• Scale daily ad spend from $30 to $150+ to increase brand awareness and drive sales that contribute to philanthropy.
• Launch targeted social media campaigns to reach a broader audience aligned with ONE’s mission.
• Collaborate with influencers to spread the ONE message by providing inventory and support for their platforms.
• Implement a robust content strategy, including video production and storytelling, to highlight the charitable impact of each purchase.

2. Salaries and Team Support (30% - $75,000)

• Ensure fair compensation for core team members, focusing on the leadership team’s operational and strategic contributions.
• Hire part-time support staff for customer service, marketing assistance, and community management.

3. Product Inventory (12% - $30,000)

• Invest in high-quality, sustainable inventory, including hoodies, sweatpants, t-shirts, and other essentials that align with ONE’s commitment to eco-conscious practices.
• Maintain stock levels to meet demand without overproduction, ensuring a sustainable approach to fulfillment.

4. Site Development and Management (5% - $12,500)

• Enhance the e-commerce platform for a seamless customer experience, including improved navigation, checkout processes, and personalized features.
• Cover ongoing costs such as hosting, software, and security upgrades.

5. Fulfillment and Logistics (5% - $12,500)

• Partner with a trusted fulfillment center to handle shipping and returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Maintain eco-friendly packaging that reflects ONE’s sustainability values.

6. Contingency and Reserve Funds (8% - $20,000)

• Establish a safety net for unexpected expenses or opportunities, such as special collaborations, legal requirements, or market shifts.

Living abroad for over 20 years as an expatriate among diverse cultures and nationalities has developed a deep awareness and connection to humanity's shared dreams and challenges.
