Our Trans Home SF services includes rental assistance, transitional housing and navigation, advocacy and provider training. Help fund trans housing and help keep our communities housed in this difficult time.
Funding will support our transitional home and rental subsidies for low income trans and GNC community members. Funds raised will support getting and keeping TGNC BIPOC community member in safe and inclusive housing.
