In memory of my Uncle, I am dedicating my next 1/2 marathon race to the celebration of his life. All donations will go the Esophageal Cancer Support Group, who assists cancer patients and their families.

Hello Everyone,
Today I completed the Winter Hangang Marathon with a time of 1 hour and 53 minutes. I could feel Uncle Paul's presence with me on my run, especially at 15k when things got tough! Through his strength, I was able to persevere through those difficult moments. Thank you Uncle.
There is still time to dedicate 67 minutes of your day (any day!) to your health journey, in memory of my Uncle. I would love to hear how people have chosen to honor his memory.
Additionally, the fundraiser will continue through the month of march, and all donations will go to the Esophageal Cancer Support Group which assists Cancer patients and their families.
Thank you to all,
Laura
On February 15th, the world lost a caring, giving, loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. Paul Nebenfuhr was my uncle, and battled with his health continuously and courageously, yet he never let that slow him down. He and I bonded most through our health journey, and in order to honor and celebrate his life, I feel he would want me to continue my journey for both of us.
On March 2nd, I am dedicating my 1/2 marathon run to my Uncle, and would like you to join me in celebrating his life.
I encourage all of you to remember Paul Nebenfuhr by dedicating one minute of your time for each year of my uncle's life-- thats 67 minutes-- to your own health journey. That's 67 minutes of meditating, health reading, healthy meal prep, yoga, walking, running, swimming, lifting weights, playing sports (baseball was a favorite!), any combination of the above, or something I have not mentioned! Let's all take a moment invite Uncle Paul to join us in our health journey, in memory of his continued commitment and fight during his own.
In addition, all donations will go to the Esophageal Cancer Support Group which assists Cancer patients and their families.
Thank you.
