In November 2024, a catastrophic burst in our home’s hot water pipes left us without hot water—indefinitely. This is not just an inconvenience; it’s a daily struggle. As a family living in our primary residence, we rely on hot water for basic needs: showers, dishes, laundry, and even washing our hands.

Our homeowners insurance denied coverage because the home’s foundation wasn’t compromised.
