Rescue my fence

I love my animals and being a rescue mom has always been my goal. I have a giant yard with what I thought was a sturdy fence to hold up to the dogs playing and having the zoomies. Seems the fence is not quiet tall enough. I'd love to get a new fence so I don't have to worry about them jumping over or under, and for the simple fact it would also give me and family more privacy. It's one of those things in life, where you hinder on wants and needs and with today's economy weighing options is not great. As a first time home, a responsible student loan repayer, working full time to pay my bills, everyime I find the moment to splurge on a new fence some more urgent happens and rips that away. It's a long shot I know, and there is more serious issues happening in the world but I thought I would give it a shot.
