What started out as a small group of friends...

Soon became a multisport family...

This is Our Journey...

Today, the UTSA Triathlon Team is the premier Club Sport at The University of Texas at San Antonio. With an average team growth of over 200% per year, our team has become one of the largest club sports at UTSA. 

In addition to growing organizationally, our team has also grown competitively, with multiple athletes competing at the National and even World Championship level. 

Our mission as a Collegiate Triathlon Team is simple: to introduce student athletes to the multisport realm of Triathlon and develop them into successful students, competitors, and people. We strive to enhance each team member's college experience while supporting them in their individual athletic goals by providing professional coaching, tier-one competitive experiences, and a family of supportive athlete-peers. 

Our goal in this endeavor to South Carolina for the 2016 USAT Collegiate National Championships is to send as many of our athletes as possible to represent our university, our city, and our state in the best way we know how. Thousands of hours of training have been put into preparation, and thousands more will be logged before the team crosses the finish line in Clemson.
