Hempstead, NY - On Monday, a good Samaritan found this little girl at the auto shop where he works. She could not walk. He scooped her up and brought her to Garden City Veterinary Center. Not many people woyld take on this responsibility, so thankful he did. Dr. Polley took xrays and determined she has a broken tibia requiring surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Infernuso reviewed the films, examined Luna (the name she was given) and agreed to do the surgery at a rescue price of $1950 - tomorrow!
