Sealing my felony and a licensed life insurance sales agent

I would like to seal my felony case for cultivation of cannabis in 2012. If I conceal my felony case I will be able to work as a life insurance sales agent. Currently I am unemployed and I have severe injuries that cause pain and dysfunction which limit what type of jobs I can do although I could be a life insurance sales agent, since I could take breaks when I need to so life insurance through zoom while sitting in my special chair that accommodates my injuries selling life insurance makes sense for me since I know how easy it is to lose your ability to work and globe life offers to pay your work wages for two years if you lose your job. In order to seal my case I need at least $400 if I seal the case myself. Although I would like to have a lawyer seal the case for me which would cost $2000.
