According to Chinese tradition, you can choose to give a baijin (in Mandarin), or "white gold," for our mother's funeral service. In Chinese custom, a typical amount is $101 (the presence of the 1 before and after the 0 symbolizing a cyclical or ongoing journey), however you can give any odd number amount.
