Sick with Bronchitis and Flu, missing work

A few weeks ago I came down with something, and like most of us I just pushed thru and continued working.  A week ago it took a drastic turn, and I got very ill, saw a doctor and was diagnosed with the Flu.  That sent me home.  As of a couple days ago it got worse, sickest I have ever been.  Went back to Doc, now I have influenze and bronchitis, and I've already used up all my sick days.  

Now I am still off work, have no energy, stuck in bed.  Hoping every day I feel better, so far I haven't begun improving.  If I don't start getting better soon they may admit me.  But my bills still need to be paid, and I'm incredibly nervous as I live week to week already.

Anything will help, I have reached out to my family and friends but everyone is having a hard time right now. So, I reach out to you.  I hope there are some kind souls out there...
