I’ve been dealing with the pain of sickle cell disease since the age of 5. My parents found out I had sickle cell when I had a seizure in the middle of the night and I was rushed to the hospital. I have had multiple surgeries for various things but by gods grace I am still here and I am a productive member of society still fighting the good fight working a 9-5 everyday.
