My journey with Soul Beat Network started when I was just a teenager. The original founder, Charles "Chuck" Johnson, took me under his wing, giving me a chance to learn, grow, and be a part of something special. Working at Soul Beat wasn’t just a job—it was my community, my family. Now, as I’m about to turn 50, I find myself in a full circle moment. I’m carrying forward the vision that shaped my youth, and it’s a privilege to have the opportunity to mentor and inspire the next generation, just like Chuck did for me.
