Did You Know?

According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, approximately 65% of inmates in the United States meet the criteria for substance abuse or dependence, and approximately 20% of state prisoners and 40% of federal prisoners are incarcerated for drug-related offenses.

As an advocate for Mental Health Awareness, I am seeking CHANGE! Sadly, mental illness often intertwines with drug addiction, often leading to incarceration.

It is imperative that we prioritize treatment over incarceration and work towards breaking the cycle of addiction and crime.

Jennifer Cook is a multi-faceted talent with a passion for modeling, writing, music, and helping others. With a successful runway debut at Victoria Henley's Magnifique Spring Showcase Fashion Show in Pigeon Forge, TN, she has proven herself to be a rising star in the fashion industry.

As a devoted mother of two, Jennifer has a deep love for her family and a firm commitment to raising awareness of mental health and drug addiction. With over 30 years of experience as a mental health nurse, she brings a unique perspective to her modeling career, using her platform to educate and inspire others. She is passionate about using her platform to raise awareness of mental health and drug addiction, as well as highlighting how these issues intersect with the current judicial system.

Jennifer's love for the beach and mountains, combined with her experience as a saxophone enthusiast, gives her a well-rounded and dynamic edge in the industry. Her previous modeling experience in her 20's and 30's, as well as her participation in Miss Alabama Teen USA, has laid a solid foundation for her current journey, as she continues to blend her passion for fashion with her knowledge of mental health.

With upcoming appearances at Miss Fashion Global 2024 in November and Victoria Henley's Winter Fashion Show in December, Jennifer is poised to make a significant impact on the fashion world and mental health advocacy. The funds she raises here will go toward her fees and costs to participate in and travel to Miss Fashion Global 2024, including wardrobe, hair and makeup, lodging, workshop and more.
