In a world where safety should be a universal right, the security industry often falls short, leaving marginalized communities vulnerable. I am on a mission to change that by establishing an LGBTQ+ security business dedicated to promoting inclusivity and equality in San Diego, California.
With over 20 years of experience in security operations, I have witnessed firsthand the systemic discrimination faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, and diverse cultures within our industry. My journey as a dedicated Security Manager has been fueled by a passion for creating equitable work environments.
