David was wrongly convicted for over 25 years and receives legal support from the Northwestern Center of Wrongful Conviction. During his incarceration he received a Bachelor's degree from NEIU and PNAP.

David has returned home just less than a month. He still has many day to day re-entry needs to support with basic essentials and necessities. He is also hoping to purchase a car to allow him more freedom of movement and to attend community events!
