Hi everyone,
My name is Carmen, and I never thought I’d be in this position—but today, I truly need help.
For the past two years, I’ve worked nonstop for my company, without holidays, benefits, or health insurance. Recently, I was told I must pay QAR 100,000 (around USD 27,000) due to stock variances that built up over two years. Despite always being honest and transparent, a policy change now requires zero variances—and I was held solely responsible.
I’ve already paid half and am now paying QAR 5,000 monthly. I can’t leave the company or the country until the full amount is paid. I have 11 months left, and the weight is becoming unbearable.
To make things worse, I was hit with this right after my father passed away. Grieving and managing this debt at the same time has broken me in ways I can’t explain.
If you can help in any way—no matter how small—it would mean the world. Every bit goes toward clearing this debt and helping me move forward.
Thank you so much for reading and for your kindness. – Carmen
