Taryn Johnson fundraising for LBDI JL Boise 2024 (Non Profit MVP)

About Me

I am a huge fan of my women's group, Junior League of Boise. We find areas in our community where thre are needs and work togeter to help fill that need. When I moved from Hawaii, I was looking for like-minded women to spend my time with and I definitely found my tribe. We are happiest when our hands are busy helping our community. Your donation will help us continue to help the Treasure Valley. We're also currently participating in a TV show called the Non-Profit MVP, in which we are competing with other local non-profit organizations to potentially win a grand prize of $100,000 in cash and prizes. We keep every dime we earn along the way, so every donation stays within our organization so we can continue to give back to our community. Please consider donating to our organization, which will also help us potentially win this competition!

More Info

Welcome!  Thank you for participating in Junior League of Boise's second annual Little Black Dress Initiative as part of our participation in the NonProfit MVP Reality TV Show.

The Little Black Dress Initiative (LBDI) is an advocacy campaign that seeks to raise awareness about Hunger and Food insecurity, the impact it has on our community and how we can make a difference in the Treasure Valley.

The JLB supports the model of shaping and moulding civic leaders that can make a positive difference in the future of all of our lives so together we strive to raise $12,500 for the JLB annual fund.
