Since 2021, the Women’s Forum STEAM Mentoring Program has connected high school girls from Innovation Academy, a STEAM magnet public high school, with accomplished female mentors who are leaders in STEAM fields. These mentors will serve as role models and trusted guides for the young ladies as they navigate their high school years. Together, they work to inspire the girls to pursue rewarding careers in STEAM.
In 2024, we will serve 38 young ladies and 38 executives who meet monthly 1:1 and take field trips to companies such as Microsoft, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and HPE.
This program requires funding to sustain our Women's Forum communication app, graduation ceremonies, and future expansion efforts.
