Token Springs Elementary FUNdraiser!

SCOTS Mission:One of the core missions of our SCO is to bridge the gap between home and school, creating meaningful and high-quality experiences for every single student. This year, we have a fantastic opportunity not only to support all events at Token Springs but also to assist students in other schools in our district to have similar enriching experiences.We are deeply committed to advancing equity and inclusivity within the Sun Prairie School District. Our fundraiser has a clear and purposeful mission aligned with these values. Once we achieve our fundraising goal of $10,000 this year, we intend to allocate additional funds to a collective pool. This pool will be made available to other schools within our district, ensuring that all schools and families have the opportunity to benefit from the generosity of our Token Springs families and the work we are doing.Our core belief is that every student and family in our district should have equal access to enriching experiences and opportunities. By sharing our resources and supporting schools in need, we contribute to the collective well-being of our entire district, fostering a more equitable and vibrant educational community.Thank you for being a part of this meaningful endeavor. Fundraising Purpose:Fundraising is vital to ensure the continued success and availability of events for our school and the wider community. We are committed to transparency, and here are some of the events we have planned and approximate costs:

Terrapin Trot: $4000~Spooktacular: $500~Spring Fling: $3000~Movie Nights: $100~Paint Night: $500~Field Day Cookout: $1000

We want to emphasize that our financial management is incredibly efficient. Last year, we were very close to being budget neutral, spending almost all of the money we fundraised within a very tight margin of less than $100 dollars. This demonstrates our dedication to using your contributions wisely and maximizing their impact on our school and community. Your support is instrumental in achieving our mission of fostering a strong and vibrant sense of community within Token Springs and the Sun Prairie area.

Simplified Fundraising:By participating in this fundraiser, you eliminate the need for multiple fundraising efforts throughout the year and the associated donation requests. We're streamlining our fundraising efforts to make it more convenient for our families.

Fundraising Goal:Our goal this year is to raise $10,000 in funding for Token Springs. Building on the experience and feedback from last year's fundraiser, we are confident that with your support we can achieve and possibly exceed this goal.
