My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate in 1994. She has undergone several corrective surgeries. Our goal now is to finish the tooth implant for her missing front tooth.

UCSF is handling her tooth implant with the team of doctors that have supported her medical needs with the Cleft Palate team over the past years. She has a beautiful smile and would like to have a complete smile by the time she turns 21.
